  1. Open Windows Explorer
  2. Open the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Positive Point of Sale" folder
  3. Search for the Backup Application
  4. Right click on it and select "Run as Administrator"

  5. Select a folder to backup to, e.g. your Desktop


  7. Click the Run button and follow the instructions

  8. A folder named as today's date will be created in the Destination you selected

  9. Copy this folder with today's date to an external device e.g. flash drive and keep it in a safe place.
